Lift erector wanted in Black Hawk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Black Hawk County, Iowa. You will work at a busy lift company. The role involves service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
