Requirements: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
