Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Saint Charles Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
