Bulldozer operator wanted in City of Chesapeake

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in City of Chesapeake, Virginia. You will work at a landfill site. Day-to-day duties: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Rotating shifts.
