Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Staffordshire, England. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
