Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Meals and transport allowance provided.
