Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Nottoway County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
