Powder spray gun operator wanted in Ashland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Ashland County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Six days a week, one day off.
