Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Kosciusko County, Indiana. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time with occasional weekends.
