Tree and shrub pruner wanted in Meigs County

Join our team: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Meigs County, Tennessee. The job is at a plant nursery. The role involves mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings. What we are looking for: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Full-time with occasional weekends.
