Dish pit attendant — El Dorado County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in El Dorado County, California. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
