Stainless steel welder wanted in Greensville County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Greensville County, Virginia. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Your main tasks: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
