We are recruiting: grill cook (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Cheboygan County, Michigan. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
