Bar bender and fixer wanted in Real County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Real County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
