Rigger wanted in Columbia County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigger in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will be based in a steel fabrication yard. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Day-to-day duties: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
