External wall insulation fitter • Hartley County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Hartley County, Texas. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. Day-to-day duties: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling Requirements: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
