Scullery hand — Winneshiek County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Winneshiek County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
