Bakery assistant wanted in Halifax County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Halifax County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
