We are recruiting: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a commercial fleet workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Your main tasks: • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
