Plastering hand — De Soto Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plastering hand in De Soto Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Requirements: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day The role involves: • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Part-time with flexible hours.
