The role involves: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
