Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
