Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers The role involves lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls.
