Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Bibb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bibb County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
