Join our team: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. Day-to-day duties: • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish Requirements: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Own hand tools an advantage At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
