You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 6+ years on the tools preferred.
