Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in McCreary County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $8,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
