Immediate opening: fry cook (Maine)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Washington County, Maine. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
