Spray painter (automotive) wanted in Ashland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Ashland County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. Your main tasks: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods 4+ years on the tools preferred.
