Demolition labourer — Wexford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Wexford County, Michigan. You will work on a residential housing site. Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Day to day you will break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $29 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
