Dough maker — Buncombe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Buncombe County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
