Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Lyon County, Iowa. You will work at a busy bakery. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
