Powder spray gun operator wanted in Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Clay County, Tennessee. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
