HSE officer — Hempstead County

Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE officer in Hempstead County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations 1+ years on the tools preferred.
