Meat cutter wanted in Osceola County

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Osceola County, Florida. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
