Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Lincoln County, New Mexico. You will be based in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm You will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
