We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Idemili South, Anambra State. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
