Powder coater wanted in Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Washington County, New York. You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 5+ years on the tools preferred.
