Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator in Palo Alto County, Iowa. You will be based in a packaging factory. Your main tasks: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
