Paint booth operator • Wilkes County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Wilkes County, Georgia. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
