Dishwasher • Aguata, Anambra State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Aguata, Anambra State. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
