Dish pit attendant wanted in Thayer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Thayer County, Nebraska. The job is at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 3+ years on the tools preferred.
