Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Montezuma County, Colorado. You will work at a dealership paint shop. Day to day you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
