Counter butcher wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
