Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Franklin County, Ohio. The job is in a commercial truck tyre depot. Your main tasks: • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly What we are looking for: • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Punctual and willing to work weekends 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
