Bakery assistant • Kaiama, Kwara State

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kaiama, Kwara State. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
