Floor and wall tile fitter • Oakland County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Oakland County, Michigan. You will be based on a residential construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
