Gas metal arc welder wanted in Sarpy County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Sarpy County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
