Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
