Dough maker • Akwanga, Nasarawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 6+ years on the tools preferred.
